To craft and customize your personalized prescription eyewear for sports-driven takes time. It includes high precision manufacturing and human oriented eye-sight to make sure all lens quality produced are at the highest level. Most customized orders are ready within 10 working days (excluding weekends/ public holidays) from receiving your confirmation.
Once your order is complete and passes through our quality assurance inspection, we’ll ship it out and on its way to you.
We provide FREE domestic shipping for your customized Rx. Ground shipping is via Local courier service within Malaysia.
For express shipping within the same region of North of Malaysia ( PENANG, PERAK, KEDAH)
Is available with charges of RM20, and it is usually within 1 business day to most locations. For Central region of Malaysia ( KUALA LUMPUR , PETALING JAYA ) is available with charges of RM30 for express delivery.
International shipping is available to Singapore, Australia, Bangkok, Canada, New Zealand.. International orders are shipped via UPS,FDEX,DHL and may take up to two weeks for delivery. And they are at separate costs.
We strive for perfection, including the fastest turnaround times, but we cannot guarantee delivery within these time frames and cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to weather or mechanical delays by the carrier.
